1. Booking & Payment
A valid payment method is required to confirm all bookings. A £50 deposit must be made on booking accommodation. Remainder of balance will be taken approximately 3 months prior to check in date. Prices may vary depending on the property, season, and length of stay.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in:
From 2:00 PM
Check-out:
By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more
before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days
before arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
4. Occupancy & House Rules
- Only the guests listed on the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
- No parties, events, or loud noise allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved.
5. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded following a satisfactory property inspection. SmithStayz accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or injury during your stay.
6. Cleaning & Maintenance
All properties are professionally cleaned before arrival. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Please report any issues during your stay so we can address them promptly.
7. Privacy & Data
Guest data is collected for booking and operational purposes and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information without your consent.
8. Right to Refuse or Cancel Bookings
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings that violate our terms or are suspected of misuse.
