🏠 House Rules

We want every guest to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. To help keep our properties comfortable and respectful for everyone, please take note of the following house rules:

✅ General

• Please treat the property with care and respect — this is someone’s home as well as your temporary one.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please report any damage or issues during your stay so we can resolve them promptly.

🔇 Noise & Neighbours

• No parties, events, or loud music allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
• Be mindful of neighbours and other guests.

🚭 Smoking

• Smoking, including vapes and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• You may smoke outside — please dispose of cigarette ends safely and respectfully.

🧹 Cleanliness

• Please leave the property in a reasonable condition on departure.
• Dishes, rubbish, and personal items should be tidied before check-out.
• A professional clean is included, but excess mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.

🐾 Pets

• Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
• If approved, please clean up after them and do not leave them unattended in the property.

🔑 Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out may be possible on request but must be arranged in advance.

💳 Damages & Deposits

A security deposit may be required before your stay.
Any damage or missing items may be deducted from your deposit or charged after your stay.
